Discuss this styleReception staff, exhibition crews and outdoor teams can share your colours and branding while wearing different garments. Coordinate polos, T-shirts, shirts, jackets, tailored pieces and caps according to the work people will do. A host greeting guests may need a different fit and finish from a crew member moving equipment or working outside. Tell us about movement, layering, pockets and identification, and we will help translate those needs into garment details. You can order a single item or plan a range across the whole team.
Start with a reference photograph, an AI concept, a sketch or a garment you already like. A finished tech pack is not required. LF helps develop the fabric, fit, construction and branding details, then prepares a sample you can assess before production. Use that stage to look at how the garment fits, how the logo reads and whether pockets or layers work for the intended role. Both semi-custom and fully developed garments follow the quality requirements set for your order.
Share the required arrival date and destination early, including time to distribute clothing to staff before the event. We build the schedule around sampling, your feedback, material readiness, production and shipping. Specialist production partners make the garments; LF manages development, samples, production follow-up, quality checks and packing. Tell us how you want garments grouped or cartons identified for your crew, so those instructions form part of the order. You have one contact to discuss progress and any changes needed along the way.

Before you order
If an existing style gives your team the fit and appearance it needs, start with colours, logos or selected detail changes. For a different fabric, silhouette or construction, discuss full development. We explain the work involved and quote for your chosen route; neither route has a standard price or minimum that fits every order.
Send references, quantities by garment, size requirements, artwork, destination and the date staff need their clothing. Minimum quantities depend on the styles, materials, colours and decoration. A simple list is enough to begin, and we will help fill in the garment details needed for a quotation.
After order confirmation and payment of the sample fee, sampling starts as soon as possible. Clothing samples take 7–12 days. Bulk timing depends on your products, quantities, materials and customisation. We plan production and shipping separately around approvals and your required arrival date before agreeing the schedule.
Yes. Tell us which reports or tests your purchasing team needs. Relevant fabric reports can be provided, and custom finished-garment testing can be arranged for an additional fee. We set out the scope and cost beforehand; a fabric report does not by itself certify the finished garment.
