Use the paper pattern, first sample and fit review to settle practical questions before bulk production.

Match the product with suitable production resources, set milestones and confirm the approved sample as the bulk reference.

Production Follow-up
Track material readiness and progress, report key milestones, and raise issues early so corrections can be agreed.

Inspection
Check dimensions, workmanship, seams, zips, buttons, logo placement, accessories, quantity and packing against the agreed reference.

Check packing marks, carton quantities and shipment documents before the order moves to the agreed export route.

Inspection Checks for the Actual Order
Small orders can be fully inspected. Larger orders can be inspected by sampling or AQL method when this is agreed in the order requirements.

Documentation & testing
Records and Testing Available When Required
For products with a required standard, LF can source certified fabrics and trims, provide available certificates and test reports, and coordinate third-party garment testing. The final route, timing and additional cost are confirmed per project.
Buyer Review Records
Photos, video, size charts, material details, approved samples and packing information can be shared at the agreed stages.
Inspection Reports
Inspection reports and third-party inspection can be arranged when the order requires formal records beyond normal production follow-up.
Standards & Testing
For high-visibility, flame-resistant, anti-static, waterproof or other specified requirements, we confirm the material and testing route before making a compliance claim.
Production images show offices, sample areas and production environments used in the supply process. Partner-facility images are not presented as LF-owned factories, equipment or personnel.
