Quick Answers About LF Clothing
Can we start with a reference image and no technical specification?
Yes. Send a photo, sketch or AI concept and tell us who will wear the clothing and how it will be used. We help work out the fabric, fit and construction, then develop a sample you can check. You do not need a finished tech pack to begin.
Can suits, polos, workwear and caps share the same brand identity?
Yes. Your reception, service and operations teams can wear different garments while sharing one brand identity. We use your colour references and artwork across the range, choosing suitable embroidery, printing or labels for each fabric. Samples let you check the items together before production.
How do semi-custom and fully custom orders differ in cost, minimums and timing?
If an existing garment already suits your team, start with logo, label or selected detail changes. Choose full development when you need a different fabric, fit, pocket layout or construction. Price depends on the development work, garment quantity and materials. Minimums and timing depend on the chosen style and changes.
Can you provide fabric reports or arrange finished-garment testing?
We can provide relevant fabric reports and arrange finished-garment testing. Include any required standard or performance requirement in your brief so the quote can account for it. Testing of custom finished garments carries an additional fee. Fabric reports cover the material; they do not certify the finished garment.
When does sampling start, and can you work to our event date?
Clothing samples take 7–12 days after order confirmation and sample payment. Tell us the date the garments need to arrive and the delivery destination, rather than only the event date. We plan backwards through shipping, production and sample approval. Production time depends on the products, materials, quantities and customisation.
Can we order one product category or a coordinated range?
Both are welcome. Send one list covering the clothing, caps, footwear, towels or PPE your team needs, with quantities for each item. LF brings the requirements together and coordinates the relevant suppliers, so your purchasing team has one point of contact. Options, minimums and schedules can vary by item.
How does LF manage clothing manufacturing in China?
Your garments are made by specialist production partners matched to the product. LF manages the specification, materials, samples, production follow-up, quality checks and packing. Your team stays in contact with LF throughout the order, including when it covers several garment types or related products.
How are PPE and construction safety helmets reviewed?
Tell us the product, intended use, destination and required standard. We check the supporting documents and whether the proposed colour, logo or other changes are suitable. PPE and helmet requirements are assessed for each product; clothing or fabric certificates do not automatically cover them.
