View detailsReception, service and operational staff can share your brand identity without wearing the same outfit. Coordinate tailored suits, polos and practical workwear using common colour references and artwork, with fabric, fit and garment details suited to each role. Begin with what staff do during their day: greeting visitors, serving customers, moving between locations or working outdoors. This gives the clothing a practical purpose as well as a consistent appearance. Samples let you see how the individual garments work together before you approve production.
Send one list of the clothing and accessories you need; LF coordinates the requirements and sets out the available options and schedule for each item. Footwear, caps and other headwear, towels, PPE and construction safety helmets can be included or ordered separately. Use the list to show where branding should match and where a product has a specific operational purpose. PPE and helmet options depend on their intended use, destination market and required standards, with supporting documents and proposed changes assessed for the exact product.
LF helps turn the brief into garment specifications and samples, giving your purchasing team a clear basis for decisions on fit, appearance and branding. Specialist production partners make the garments, while LF manages development, samples, production follow-up, quality checks and packing. We communicate progress and issues so changes can be discussed before the order moves on. Tell us about different site requirements or planned staff distributions early; these help shape the size breakdown, packing instructions and delivery plan for your range.

Before you order
If the current style works well, start with branding, colours or selected detail changes. Full development suits a brief that calls for a different fabric, fit or construction. Both routes follow your quality requirements. Price and minimums depend on the items, materials, quantities and development work, which we explain in the quotation.
Yes. Reference photos, an AI concept, a sketch or an existing garment are enough to begin. Show what you like and what needs to change. We help develop the practical specification for sampling, including fabric, measurements, garment details and branding.
After order confirmation and payment of the sample fee, we start sampling as soon as possible. Clothing samples take 7–12 days. Bulk timing depends on each product, quantity and customisation, including approvals and material readiness. We set out the item schedules and shipping separately against your required arrival dates.
Yes. Relevant fabric reports can be provided, and finished-garment testing can be arranged to your requirements. Tests on custom finished garments carry an additional fee, with the scope and cost set out beforehand. PPE and other protective items need evidence for the particular product and intended use.
